Heather Bowden-Windholz
Heather is owner and instructor of Flipside
Too. Heather has 27 years of experience in
the fields of dance, tumbling, and
cheerleading. Heather was a 1995-2000 St.
Louis Rams Cheerleader and 3 year Line
Captain for the Rams. She was selected by
the Rams organization in 1998 to represent
the St. Louis Rams at the Pro Bowl in Hawaii.
Heather was also apart of many other
professional dance and cheerleading teams
within the St. Louis area, these include: St.
Louis Storm, St. Louis Ambush, St. Louis
Vipers, and St. Louis Stampeed. She
performed with Salt and Peppa as a back up
dancer. Took classes from top
choreographer, Wade Robertson and Rey
Lozano. Heather was a Sundancer at
Southeast Mossiuri State University.
Heather was a UCA All Star and performed in
London and was asked to become a UCA Staff
member. Heather has a Bachelors degree in
Interior Design and a Minor in Architecture
from Southeast Missouri State University.

Whitney Sexauer
Whitney has an extensive background in
Tumbling and Sports Acro. She has been
taking classes since the age of 5 at Flipside
Ste. Genevieve . She has 16 years of
experience. She has competed locally and
nationally which include: St. Louis, Kansas
City, Ocean City Maryland, St. Pete's Beach
Florida, Mrytle Beach SC, Panama City FL,
and Branson. She placed in the Top Five in
every competition she attended. Whitney
also performed in a halftime show at a St.
Louis Rams football game. She began
teaching gymnastics in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
and joined Flipside Too in Festus. Whitney
graduated from St. Louis Community College
with a degree in Interior Design.

Brandee Boyd -
Brandee started dance at age of six. A 2005
graduate from Bachelor of Arts in Arts
Management Bachelor of Arts in Arts
Management with an emphasis in dance.
Brandee is also a Dance Masters of America ,
certified dance teacher since 2002 in Ballet,
Tap and Jazz. Brandee has be teaching
since 1995. She attends many workshops to
continue to stay current with today’s trends
in dance. Conventions attended DMA,
Tremaine, The St. Louis Tap Festival, Dupree
and classes at Coca.classes at Coca.

Kieran Windholz
Kieran is owner and instructor of Flipside Too
and has been involved with Flipside Acro in
Ste. Genevieve, Mo. for 17 years. As an
instructor, he has an extensive tumbling and
acro background. Kieran's mother, Mary Lu
Koch, started Flipside name in 1989 and he
was instramental in the development of
Flipside. As an instructor, Kieran excels in
tumbling and acro. His teaching methods
have proven to be successful as he has
developed talent in kids in and around the
Ste. Genevieve and Jefferson Co. areas for
the past 17 years. Equally note worthy is his
record as a competitor. He competed on 3 of
Flipside's Grand National championship
teams. His desire to see kids achieve their
goals is the motivating factor in his work
ethic.
